How AnMed MyChart keep Your information Secure
We take your privacy seriously. MyChart Central is designed to keep your information secure and private through:
- Strong encryption. We use secure encryption technology to keep your password protected and private.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA). This means that you need two things to log in: your password anda code that Epic sends to your phone or email—whichever you choose. This helps us make sure it’s really you trying to log in. You can also use a passkey or authenticator app to log in to AnMedMyChart.
- Regular security audits. Our team of security experts continuously monitors and evaluates the system to identify and address potential risks.
- Our commitment to privacy. We follow strict HIPAA Privacy and Security standards.
- Our compliance with security standards. AnMedMyChart has undergone a thorough evaluation of security measures per industry standards. We built MyChart Central to provide you with a secure, reliable way to access your MyChart accounts.
AnMed MyChart Login
The AnMed MyChart Login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all patients. Each patient will be given their user account credentials through which all the health information can be accessed and managed.
Note: You will need an online account, complete with a username and password, to use the Hoag MyChart Login portal. To generate your username and password, please Click the “Sign Up” link. To access your account, simply follow the steps below.
- Copy https://mychart.anmed.org/MyChart/Authentication/Login? to your browser.
- Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.
- Once you are logged in, you will full and authorized access to the AnMed MyChart portal features and benefits.
Forgot Username? or Forgot Password?
On the MyChart login screen, click the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? link for help. If you forgot both your username and password, start with the username first.
You will be prompted to answer some security questions to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
