The AnMed MyChart patient portal offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely manage and receive information about your health online.
With AnMed MyChart, you make or request appointments, view your health summary & test results, obtain prescription refills, and communicate non-urgent messages with your medical care team.
AnMed MyChart Overview
AnMed MyChart is a safe and easy way to manage your AnMed MyChart treatment online. You can send non-critical messages to your consideration group and get a response within two business days.
AnMed MyChart can also be used to read your PCP notes after the visit, ask for references, and reorder medications. They make it easy to find and plan the selection that’s right for you. You can even complete some online registration steps before your visit or subscribe to an email list to be notified when a pre-offer opens.
Through AnMed MyChart, you can access the following features.
- Communicate with your doctor: Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home
- Access your test results: No more waiting for a phone call or letter – view your results and your doctor’s comments within days
- Request prescription refills: Send a refill request for any of your refillable medications.
- Manage your appointments: Schedule your next appointment, or view details of your past and upcoming appointments.
- Medical Bill Payment: View and pay your AnMed medical bills.
How is AnMed MyChart secure?
We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords.
Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Unlike conventional e-mail, all MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website.
While logged into MyChart, if your keyboard remains idle for 15 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of MyChart. We recommend that you log out of your MyChart session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.
Create a MyChart Account
You can create an account through your healthcare organization to access your information through MyChart.
If your organization gave you an activation code on your After Visit Summary or in an email or text message, you can follow the instructions provided to create your MyChart account.
If you don’t have an activation code:
- Click Access MyChart at the top of this page and search for your healthcare organization.
- Click Sign Up.
- Follow the steps to verify your identity and create your MyChart account.
AnMed MyChart Login

- Go to the MyChart Login page.
- Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.
- For First-time users: Click the “Sign Up” button above the User Login form. A signup screen will display.
Fix Login Issues
There are many things you can do to troubleshoot login issues, although you might need to reach out to your healthcare organization for help, depending on the nature of your issue.
Try the steps below to see if you can fix your issue before contacting your healthcare organization’s MyChart support desk.
I forgot my username or password.
On the MyChart login screen, click the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? link for help. If you forgot both your username and password, start with the username first.
You will be prompted to answer some security questions to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
I’m not getting text messages or emails from my organization.
If you are having trouble receiving emails or text messages needed to recover your username or reset your password, you will need to reach out to your healthcare organization’s MyChart support desk.
It could be that the email address or phone number associated with your account is incorrect or outdated, and only they can update it.
I’m locked out of my account
If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won’t be able to reset your password yourself.

My account has been deactivated
If you see an error message that your account has been deactivated, reach out to your healthcare organization’s MyChart support desk for help with reactivating your account.
I want to change my username
You cannot change your username in MyChart. If you forgot your username, you can use the Forgot Username? link on the MyChart login screen to recover it.
To change your username to something different, you will need to reach out to your healthcare organization’s MyChart support desk and request that they change it.
An administrator with appropriate security can do that for you if their organization’s guidelines allow them to do so.
I want to change my password
When you’re logged in to your MyChart account, you can change your password by going to Account Settings. If you cannot log in, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password? link on the login screen.
I need to change my email address or phone number.
To change the email address or phone number associated with your MyChart account, log in to MyChart and go to the Personal Information page, where you might be able to update the information yourself.
If you cannot update the information there or you cannot log in, please contact your healthcare organization’s MyChart support desk.

To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website.
